To enjoy your Royal Lounge underwear for a long time, it's important to care for it properly. Here are some tips on how to best wash, dry, and store your laundry. Use our step-by-step guide to enjoy your favorites for a long time.

Step 1: Perfect Preparation.

Sorting your bras and panties by color before washing protects them from discoloration. Make sure you only wash bras and panties of the same color together.
Remember to close the clasps of your bras before washing.
To avoid creasing, it's important not to turn the cups (if present) inside out.

Step 2: Now it's time to wash your lingerie.

Hand Washing - The Clear Recommendation

We recommend handwashing all our underwear products at approximately 30°C, as this is the most gentle way to wash your high-quality Royal Lounge lingerie.
For even easier washing, you can use our SOAK hand wash detergent. It's biodegradable, phosphate-free, and environmentally friendly. Plus, it doesn't even need rinsing. We'll let you know as soon as it's available again.

Washing Machine - A Rather Suboptimal Option

Royal Lounge bras and panties can also be washed in the washing machine, but we don't guarantee this.
If you choose this option, remember to use a sealable laundry bag and fill the washing machine no more than one-third full.
You should achieve the best results in the washing machine with a low and gentle wash cycle (max. 600 rpm) and a gentle, liquid detergent for delicates.
Please do not use fabric softeners, bleach, or wool detergents—this could be detrimental to your Royal Lounge underwear.

Step 3: Final Sprint - Now it's time to dry.

You can dry your Royal Lounge underwear lying down on a towel or on a clothes rack.
When drying on a clothes rack, make sure to hang your bras by the center bar to ensure even drying.
Please do not place your Royal Lounge underwear on a radiator, as this could cause irreparable damage.
Ironing your Royal Lounge underwear is also not a good idea. This can also cause irreversible damage.

Step 4: Proper storage.

It's best to store your Royal Lounge underwear in a drawer.
For easy access, arrange your bras one behind the other.
When storing padded bras, it can be helpful to spread them out and always place the cups on top of the previous bra.
For non-padded bras and bralettes, however, you can simply layer them.
Pro tip: Hooks or rings should neither catch on the fabric nor press into the cups.
