Payment

(1) Payment in Advance

If you choose to pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to the Performance Brands account specified in the order confirmation. As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account, the goods will be shipped to you.

(2) Payment by Credit Card

If you pay by credit card (VISA, Mastercard), please provide us with your credit card details. We require the card number, the card verification number (CVSN, found on the back of your credit card), and the card's expiration date. Upon receipt of the invoice, your card account will be charged with the invoice amount, and the goods will be shipped to you.

(3) Payment via PayPal

You pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal. To do so, you must be registered with PayPal or register, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment order to Performance Brands. As soon as the invoice amount has been credited to our account, the goods will be shipped to you.

(4) Payment via Klarna Purchase on Account

With Klarna, you now have a quick and easy ordering process: Order now and pay later. After your order has been shipped, you will receive the invoice including all payment information by email directly from Klarna. You then have 14 days from the invoice date to pay for the order.

Shipping

Shipping within Germany is free of charge.

For deliveries outside Germany, shipping is free of charge for orders over EUR 150.00.

For deliveries to the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Austria with a goods value below EUR 150.00, the flat rate shipping fee is EUR 6.95.

For deliveries to France, Italy, and Switzerland, the flat rate shipping fee is EUR 9.95.

For deliveries to the United Kingdom, Ireland, Spain, and Portugal, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of EUR 12.95.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the customer must also pay the customs clearance fee, as we ship duty-free.
