[TAB: What is so different about your products?]Our products are completely seamless, and all our underwires are softly padded. The back panel contains a highly elastic inner layer, which means we do not use side bands. Therefore, all our products are cozy, soft, and snug. There are guaranteed to be no pressure points on the body, and they feel like a loving hug![\TAB][TAB: What materials do you use?]Our main material is extra-soft nylon fiber combined with a percentage of elastane, which ensures a comfortable fit. The cups are made of foam, and in the future, we plan to increasingly use spacer-knit cups to offer a textile solution here as well. All our materials are high-quality, tested for skin compatibility, and meet the highest standards.[\TAB][TAB: Can the bras be machine washed?]This is generally possible, but like every other manufacturer, we recommend gentle hand washing on the care label on our products. With SOAK, we offer a first-class liquid soap that allows you to wash your laundry easily and thoroughly without the hassle of rinsing! [\TAB]
[TAB: Why should I create an account?]We hope you're enthusiastic about our brand and our products and would like to be informed about our new developments, new colors, and new campaigns. You can enter your preferred payment method, your billing and shipping address, your size (for quick pre-selection), and other personal information, which we will, of course, treat with the utmost confidentiality. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one as described above. [TAB: How quickly do you deliver after payment?]On working days, we always try to pack and ship your items within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery within Germany takes 1-3 business days.[\TAB][TAB: Where is my package?]You have received a shipping confirmation by email, and you will also find your tracking number there. Email us your new choice (hello@royal-lounge.eu), and we will send you a package along with the return delivery note for the product you wish to return. If you decide to keep both items, we reserve the right to charge your account for the second product.
[TAB: How do I return the item to you?]You can easily return items to us – without prior notification. A return label and return slip are included with your order. Please fill out the return slip and enclose it with the package so we can identify your return.
If you use our return label, we will automatically deduct a return shipping fee of €2.95 from your refund amount. Of course, you can also pay postage and send your package to us yourself.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of worn, washed, or damaged items.[\TAB][TAB: Who covers the return shipping costs?]If you use the enclosed return label, we will automatically deduct a return shipping fee of €2.95 from your refund amount.
You can also return your package to us at your own expense using a shipping service of your choice. You are responsible for the shipping costs, even for returns from abroad.
[TAB: How quickly will I get my money back?]As soon as we receive the goods and have checked the quality of the goods, we will notify our accounting department, who will then immediately transfer your money back to you using the same method you originally paid. The entire process should take no longer than 3 business days.
