We'll be happy to send you a new color, a new size, or even a completely new style. Email us your new choice (hello@royal-lounge.eu), and we'll send you a package along with the return delivery note for the product you wish to return. If you decide to keep both items, we reserve the right to charge your account for the second item.
Returns
In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you can exchange or return any purchased item within 30 days if it doesn't fit or you don't like it.
A return label is included with your order for your convenience. We charge a flat-rate return shipping fee of €2.95, which will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. You can also pay postage for your return and send it to us yourself.

Please note that gift wrapping is not returnable. Sets and multipacks are considered individual products and must be returned in their entirety. For incomplete returns, we will charge the remaining items at the regular unit price.
For returns from abroad, you are responsible for the shipping costs. Exchanges are unfortunately not possible from abroad. Please send the items with sufficient postage and securely packaged to the following address:
When trying on our items, we ask you to observe general hygiene rules and only try on underwear and swimwear over your own underwear. The items must be in perfect condition (not used, washed, or repaired, and with all tags attached inside and out). If you have used the items more than necessary for trying them on, we reserve the right to demand compensation and return the goods to you.
We reserve the right to deduct discounts from the refund if the discount was subject to a minimum order quantity or order value that is no longer met after the return. Further information can be found in the Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy.
Refund
As soon as we receive the goods and have checked the quality of the goods, we will notify our accounting department, who will then immediately refund your money using the same method you originally paid. The entire process should take no longer than 3 business days.
